Prime Impact Basketball – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the programs, services, and activities offered by Prime Impact Basketball (“we,” “our,” “us,” or the “Program”). By enrolling in, accessing, or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Recurring Payments

  • Monthly payments are billed on your assigned start date.
  • Cancellation requires at least 14 days’ notice before your next billing date; otherwise you will be charged for the upcoming cycle and then removed from the Program.
  • Rejoining after cancellation incurs a $75 re-registration fee.
  • An additional $50 monthly administrative fee applies if you opt out of recurring payments.

2. Attendance & 24-Hour Notice

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice via call or text is required if an athlete cannot attend a session. With notice, you may reschedule. Day-of cancellations will count as a used session.

3. Reschedules & Makeups

Each athlete may reschedule or make up up to 2 sessions per month. Requests are subject to availability.

4. No Refunds Policy

All payments are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered for services or products. Enrollment confirms acceptance of this no-refund policy.

5. Conduct Rules

No Recruiting

Soliciting players for other teams or programs is prohibited and may result in dismissal without refund.

No Sideline Coaching

Parents and spectators must not interfere with coaching during sessions.

Training Groups

Groups are formed by skill, age, and availability. Focus on personal development rather than comparisons.

6. Arrival & Departure

Sessions are 60 minutes. Please coordinate pick-up and drop-off times accordingly. Do not dribble or use the court until your session begins.

7. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

Participation in basketball training carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries from falls, collisions, or physical contact. You voluntarily assume all such risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, you release Prime Impact Basketball and its owners, directors, employees, coaches, and volunteers from any claims arising out of or related to injuries, damages, or losses from participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, except for willful misconduct or gross negligence.

It is your responsibility to ensure your child is physically able to participate and to disclose any relevant medical conditions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Texas law.
